Data Deletion — CloseLyt

CloseLyt respects your right to request deletion of information associated with your CloseLyt account and information received through authorized Meta integrations.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to

official@closelyt.com

Please include

Your CloseLyt account email
Business/company name
Relevant Meta/Facebook business account information, if applicable
A clear statement that you want your data deleted

We may request verification of account ownership before processing the request.

Meta-Related Data

If CloseLyt received information from Facebook, Instagram or other Meta services through an authorized integration, you may request deletion of applicable Meta-related information.

You may also disconnect the relevant Meta integration from CloseLyt where the functionality is available.

After an integration is disconnected, CloseLyt will stop receiving new information through that integration, subject to technical processing requirements.

Processing of Deletion Requests

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, CloseLyt will process the applicable information for deletion in accordance with its data retention procedures and applicable legal requirements.

Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, including information required for:

Legal compliance
Fraud prevention
Security
Financial records
Dispute resolution
Enforcement of agreements

Information may also remain temporarily in secure backup systems before being permanently removed according to applicable backup procedures.
